I. Cake Base
1. Ingredients:
Tegral Satin Moist Red Velvet | 250 gr |
Egg | 2 no |
Water | 50 gr |
Cooking Oil or Butter | 100 gr |
2. Mixing
- Mix all ingredients using whisk till smooth and homogenous texture
- Pour the batter into rectangular baking mould, about 1/2 full
3. Baking
- Using Home Oven : Bake at 180°C for about 24 minutes
- Using Air Fryer : Bake at 140°C for about 30 minutes
* The baking temperature and time is for reference only and can be
varied depending on the type of oven / air fryer
II. Filling & Topping
1. Ingredients :
Cremyvit | 30 gr |
Fresh Milk | 90 gr |
Cream Cheese | 90 gr |
2. Method
- Mix Cremyvit with fresh milk to form a custard cream
- Beat the cream cheese till soft and smooth, then mix with the custard
- Pipe this cream in between of cake layers
