I. Ingredients
Tegral Satin Moist Vanilla (Sugar Reduced) | 350 gr |
Wheat Flour | 50 gr |
Egg | 1 no |
Unsalted Butter | 125 gr |
Cocoa Nibs | 60 gr |
II. Method :
Mix all ingredients together to form a smooth dough
Keep the dough in the fridge for about 20 minutes
Divide the dough into round pieces of 15g, slightly press down.
III. Baking
Using Home Oven : Bake at 150°C for about 15 minutes
Using Air Fryer: Bake at 140°C for about 15 minutes
