I. Cake Base
1. Ingredients
Tegral Chewy Choux Mix | 250 gr |
Egg | 3 no |
Unsalted Butter or Oil | 50 gr |
Water | 90 gr |
2. Method
Mix all ingredients using whisk till smooth and homogenous texture
Pipe the batter onto baking tray, diameter about 3-4cm
3. Baking
Using Home Oven : Bake at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes (depends on choux size)
Using Air Fryer : Bake at 150°C for about 25-30 minutes (depends on choux size)
(*) The baking temperature and time is for reference only and can be
varied depending on the type of oven / air fryer
II. Custard Cream Filling
Cremyvit | 210 gr |
Fresh Milk | 700 gr |
Mix Cremyvit with fresh milk to form a custard cream
Fill this custard cream into the baked chewy choux
