Cupcake Frosting
I. Chocolate Frosting
1. Ingredients
| Cremyvit | 80 gr |
| Fresh Milk | 250 gr |
| Dark Confectioner's Coating (Button) melted | 100 gr |
2. Method
Mix Cremyvit with fresh milk to form a custard cream
Melt the Dark Compound Chocolate and mix with the custard cream
II. Whipping Cream Frosting
1. Nguyên liệu:
| Cremyvit | 80 gr |
| Fresh Milk (*) | 250 gr |
| Whipping Cream | 150 gr |
(*) It's possible to replace Milk by Fruit Juice for flavor variation
2. Method :
Mix Cremyvit with fresh milk to form a custard cream
Whip the cream and mix with the custard cream
III. Custard Yogurt Frosting
1. Nguyên liệu:
| Cremyvit | 80 gr |
| Fresh Milk (*) | 250 gr |
| Yogurt (**) | 200 gr |
(*) Mix Cremyvit with fresh milk to form a custard cream
(**) Add in the yogurt and mix with the custard cream
2. Method:
Mix Cremyvit with fresh milk to form a custard cream
Add in the yogurt and mix with the custard cream
